What we do

We find the constraint before we fix anything.

Three stages, always in that order. Map how the work moves, find where the hours go, then build the thing that removes them. No tools bought before the problem is understood.

Stage 01

Map the work

Ask three people how a job moves from enquiry to invoice and you will get three answers. The gap between them is the whole problem.

We document how work genuinely moves through your business, step by step, based on what your team actually does rather than what the process document says. That means sitting with the people doing the work and following a real job end to end.

What comes out is a single agreed picture of the operation: every step, every handover, every point where something waits on somebody. For most businesses this is the first time that picture has existed at all.

Enquiry to invoicethe full path, including the steps that only exist verbally
Every handoverwhere work changes hands is where work stalls
Every workaroundthe second spreadsheet, the phone call ahead, the memorised exception

Stage 02

Find the constraint

Everything gets a number. If we cannot say what a problem costs you per week, it does not make the list.

We identify where time is lost to duplication, waiting, rework and manual admin, then rank each finding by the hours it costs you and the euro that represents over a year.

Ranking matters more than finding. Most businesses already suspect three or four things are wrong. What they do not know is which one is actually expensive, and therefore which one to fix first with limited time and money.

None of this shows up on a profit and loss statement. It shows up in the hours.

Stage 03

Build the fix

Sometimes that is software. Often it is a change in sequence, ownership or handover that costs nothing at all.

Fix type 01

Systems that were never set up

Most SMEs are not over-processed. They are under-built. The thing that should have existed years ago simply does not.

  • Quoting and job tracking that everyone can see
  • A customer record with somewhere to put the exceptions
  • Handover steps that do not depend on somebody remembering
  • Reporting that assembles itself instead of being rebuilt monthly
Fix type 02

Manual admin removed

Once the process is sound, the repetitive parts come off your people. Tools serve the process here, never the reverse.

  • Information moved between systems without re-keying
  • Follow-ups and reminders that fire on their own
  • Documents generated from data rather than typed
  • Enquiries captured and routed instead of sitting in an inbox
Fix type 03

Sequence and ownership

The cheapest fixes and usually the fastest. No purchase, no implementation, no training budget.

  • Steps reordered so work stops waiting on approvals
  • A single named owner for the handover that keeps failing
  • Steps removed entirely because nobody could justify them
  • Knowledge written down so one person is no longer the bottleneck

The entry point

The Business Efficiency Audit

A fixed price piece of work that stands on its own. No retainer, no commitment beyond the audit itself.

  • Half a day on site or on call, mapping how work really moves through the business, with the people who actually do it
  • A process map from enquiry to invoice, showing every handover, wait and duplication
  • Every finding costed in hours per week and euro per year
  • A ranked fix list: what to do first, what it takes, and what it returns
  • Tool recommendations only where a tool is genuinely the answer, with running costs stated
  • Delivered within five working days, written up and yours to keep
€350Businesses up to 10 people

After the audit

Implementation, only if you want it

Roughly half of audit clients implement the findings themselves. That is a good outcome and we will tell you when it is the sensible one.

Where you would rather not do it in house, we build the top items from the fix list and hand them over documented. Scoped and priced per piece of work, so you are never signing up to an open-ended arrangement. You will always know what a thing costs before it starts.
